Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot specialized remote monitoring equipment
- Perform daily equipment diagnostics and maintenance via remote access
- Provide real-time technical support to clients through our proprietary platform
- Document all service activities and generate detailed performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new technologies
- Maintain inventory of provided equipment and request replacements as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and virtual environments
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for occasional equipment deliveries)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage daily workload without direct supervision
- Technical certification (CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home
