Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot remote equipment issues via virtual support
- Perform preventive maintenance using company-provided diagnostic tools
- Document service reports in our cloud-based management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex problem-solving
- Train clients on equipment operation through virtual sessions
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Urgent response to critical system failures during business hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic software and virtual communication tools
- Valid Maryland driver's license for occasional on-site Baltimore visits
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet connection required
