Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and virtual support platforms
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for occasional on-site visits
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
