Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain company-provided remote hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via remote access tools
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients across multiple industries
- Document all technical procedures, resolutions, and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices
- Ensure data security protocols are followed during all remote operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in remote technical support or equipment maintenance
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional equipment pickup/delivery
- Must be based in Charlotte, NC or New York
