Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote hardware/software systems via secure VPN connections
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and remote access protocols
- Perform preventative maintenance and system updates across client infrastructure
- Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment upgrades
- Provide technical guidance to clients during equipment transitions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyConnect, Remote Desktop)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
