- Coordinate logistics for company-provided equipment (laptops, peripherals, specialized tools)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation in our asset management system
- Provision and configure equipment for new team members across multiple states
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance and replacements
- Develop standard operating procedures for equipment handling
- Provide tier-1 technical support to remote employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of IT support or equipment management experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and hardware troubleshooting expertise
- Excellent written communication for documentation and team coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional local equipment pickups
- Familiarity with inventory management software
