- Install, configure, and calibrate industrial machinery systems
- Document service reports and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with engineering teams for complex issues
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Monitor system performance and preventive maintenance schedules
- Provide 24/7 on-call support rotation
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in diagnostic software and remote tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
