- Maintain accurate inventory of provided equipment and report any damages

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of remote IT support or equipment technician experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and remote access software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Valid U.S. work authorization
- Background check and drug screen required
