Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize complex schedules
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications with discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and reports
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision-making
- Manage digital file systems and ensure data security protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
