Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and executive communications
- Coordinate complex projects using Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and financial summaries in Excel and PowerPoint
- Manage expense reports and vendor relationships with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct preliminary research and compile executive briefings on industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
