Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate specialized remote monitoring equipment at client sites
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of hardware/software systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance

- Collaborate with technical support team to resolve complex issues
- Train clients on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in equipment installation or field services
