Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote field equipment across client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote diagnostics tools
- Document service activities and update client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance
- Train clients on equipment usage and best practices
- Conduct routine equipment audits and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of technical field service or remote support experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and remote tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with IoT or smart devices preferred
- Must reside in Colorado Springs or surrounding area
