Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including optimizing database queries and API calls.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and strategic planning for future product developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, and back-end technologies like Node.js or Python.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
