Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain company-provided hardware (laptops, peripherals, networking equipment) for remote employees
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote support tools and virtual troubleshooting sessions
- Coordinate logistics for equipment shipping, returns, and inventory management
- Develop and implement documentation for remote onboarding and equipment protocols
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Optimize performance of remote work environments through proactive maintenance
- Train employees on proper equipment usage and remote work best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or equipment management
- Proficiency with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and remote desktop tools
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network configurations
