Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot provided equipment including laptops, peripherals, and communication tools
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, chat, and video conferencing platforms
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system with precision
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential equipment or connectivity concerns
- Train clients on new equipment and software functionality during onboarding
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all client interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
- Proficiency with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- High-speed internet connection at your primary workspace
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow)
