Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and video
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, network connectivity, and cloud applications
- Document incident resolutions and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security protocols
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with VPN, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems
