Responsibilities
- Configure and Deploy Equipment: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot company-provided hardware and software for remote clients with precision and speed.
- Remote Technical Support: Provide tier-2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools to resolve complex user issues efficiently.
- Maintenance & Monitoring: Perform routine health checks on remote systems and ensure all equipment meets our rigorous security and performance standards.
- Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients to diagnose issues, explain technical concepts, and document all support interactions in our CRM system.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all company cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations while managing remote access.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools to suggest process improvements for the remote team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or field service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk), and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
