Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Current resident of Virginia Beach, VA or willing to relocate (Remote).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Availability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) consistently.
