Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and manage company-provided hardware and software across remote workstations.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure 99.9% uptime for remote operations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support for internal staff.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement remote access protocols and data encryption.
- Document technical processes and maintain an up-to-date inventory of remote equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or software engineering.
- Proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of network security, VPNs, and remote access technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
