Responsibilities

- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and deploy company-issued equipment, ensuring all remote workstations are fully configured and optimized.
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade and replace aging equipment as needed.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories for remote devices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, help desk, or systems administration.
- Proven experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and virtualization.
- Experience configuring and managing macOS or Windows operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain data security standards.
