Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network security and system monitoring

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide IT projects
- Document system architectures and troubleshoot critical incidents

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and firewalls
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Security+
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex system issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
