Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems and system configurations
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual desktop environments and cloud services
- Document all support interactions using ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols and updates
- Conduct remote training sessions for clients on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- 1+ years of remote IT support or help desk experience
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification required
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
