Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and manage company-issued equipment to remote employees
- Document all technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new technology implementations and best practices
- Contribute to IT infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote/hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently without supervision
