Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security
- Deploy and configure company-provided laptops, peripherals, and communication tools
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on escalated technical challenges
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for new remote employees
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work exposure
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities for remote client interactions
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment
- Must reside in Miami, FL with dedicated home office space
