Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 remote technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Deploy and manage company-provided equipment including laptops, peripherals, and communication tools
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments across remote workstations
- Document IT processes, create knowledge base articles, and optimize remote support workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system migrations
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical business applications and cloud services
- Train end-users on remote work best practices and security awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT support with strong remote work expertise
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with experience in VPN, VoIP, and endpoint management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions
