Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, printers, and network connectivity.
- Manage and deploy new equipment to remote employees, ensuring proper configuration and setup.
- Log and track all help desk tickets in our CRM system, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular security patching and updates on workstations and servers.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to troubleshoot complex network problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
