Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage remote desktop environments and cloud infrastructure
- Document troubleshooting procedures in knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements
- Monitor network security protocols and incident response
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
