Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Manage ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
