Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues via remote access
- Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure including cloud systems
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT security initiatives
- Conduct system upgrades and patch management remotely
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Austin residency preferred (for occasional on-site events)
