Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive individual to manage technical inquiries, resolve hardware and software issues, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Manage and track IT tickets within our helpdesk management system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Install, configure, and maintain peripherals, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and productivity software.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve complex infrastructure problems.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace are required.
