Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and video
- Deploy and configure company-provided equipment to new hires
- Manage ticket queues with SLA adherence and customer satisfaction focus
- Document solutions in knowledge base and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct security awareness training for remote employees
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and network diagnostics
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Certification (CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Background in cybersecurity best practices
- Valid US driver's license for occasional local equipment deliveries
