Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to employees across the US
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone/video
- Deploy and configure company-provided equipment
- Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with IT team on system improvements
- Maintain security protocols for remote access
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and cloud platforms
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (VPN, RDP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license for equipment shipping
