Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems on company-provided equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and system performance issues
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technology implementations and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must be located in California with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
