Responsibilities

- Deploy and manage provided IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, etc.)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and system updates
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Valid California driver's license for equipment logistics
