Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, system errors, and security vulnerabilities
- Install and configure company-provided laptops, peripherals, and software
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of support tickets and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet access at home (minimum 50 Mbps)
