Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security
- Install, configure, and maintain virtual workstations and cloud-based applications
- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Conduct remote training sessions for end-users on new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Expert knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to manage tasks independently
