Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues for remote employees using remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Equipment Setup: Configure and manage company-issued laptops, monitors, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Incident Management: Prioritize and manage incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Asset Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and asset inventory logs.
- Communication Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all remote devices adhere to company security protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.
