Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and video for employees nationwide
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain company-issued laptops, peripherals, and software
- Document IT incidents, solutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Proactively monitor systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Train users on cybersecurity best practices and new technology implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication with remote teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment
