- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Configure and deploy company-provided laptops, peripherals, and software

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct system updates and security patches remotely
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience or equivalent certification
