Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support tools
- Install and configure company-provided laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain system integrity
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Provide 24/7 on-call support on rotating schedule
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills with remote access tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Must reside in New York or Illinois
