Qualifications
- 3+ years in remote IT support or similar role
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, network protocols, and cloud services
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (occasional on-site visits)
