Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for remote clients across North Carolina
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed ticket records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Conduct security awareness training for end-users
- Proactively monitor network performance and system health
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Expertise in Windows OS, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license and reliable internet connection
