Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and video for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain company-provided equipment (laptops, peripherals, network devices)
- Document all support tickets and solutions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for new employees
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
- High-speed internet connection at home office
