Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise-level remote technical support to 500+ employees across 15 states
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Deploy and maintain company-provided hardware/software assets via automated systems
- Create detailed technical documentation and SOPs for remote workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity protocols
- Lead digital onboarding processes for new remote hires
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support with remote/hybrid experience
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud networking
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with remote management tools (Intune, Jamf, TeamViewer)
- Strong problem-solving skills with SLA-driven mindset
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
