- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems for employees nationwide
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain company-provided hardware (laptops, peripherals, VPN)
- Implement and manage cloud-based IT infrastructure solutions
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT security initiatives
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
