Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and system performance problems
- Deploy and configure company-provided equipment (laptops, peripherals, VPN)
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate ticket records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must reside in Los Angeles metropolitan area
