Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain virtual workstations and peripherals
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor network security
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow/Jira
- Train end-users on remote collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
- Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure upgrades
- Monitor system health using SolarWinds/Datadog dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- High-speed home internet required
