Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document IT solutions and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements
- Conduct virtual training sessions for end-users
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
