Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support via remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and phone.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware and software for remote employees (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets in a timely manner to ensure 99.9% uptime for staff.
- Assist with onboarding new remote hires by setting up their equipment and accounts remotely.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain security protocols and software updates across all remote endpoints.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Experience with remote access software and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
