Responsibilities
- Tier 2 Technical Support: Resolve complex hardware and software issues for remote employees via ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
- Equipment Deployment: Manage the lifecycle of company assets, including provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning of laptops and peripherals.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor network performance and security protocols to ensure minimal downtime for the team.
- User Training: Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to educate staff on software usage and security best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk operations.

- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
